being forced to blog as a school assignment i suppose can be good motivation to update my existing blog. it's not a surprise that i haven't touched the thing for over a month. it's hard not to be discouraged by my measly status of ZERO followers... :( no audience sitting by their computers every morning awaiting a new post to inspire and challenge them. pretty sad.
no worries. we're going build this baby from ground up.
alright, enough talk, here's some stuff i've been working on lately in class. just a random smattering of images and little blurbs.
dog sitting:
"shadow" was a great model... animals are too wiggly to photograph. a good challenge i suppose.
speaking of great models... i love it when the first shot is the best shot. this assignment was for selective focus.
kids and water. two of my favorite things to photograph...
my first attempt at food photography. i loved the challenge of trying to recreate natural window light.
this model shall remain nameless, to protect her identity. :) super fun shoot, but was running out of light so i didn't quite get the look i was going for. i hope to shoot this again some day.
